Unlike a general chemical store which can be a fixed building or room, a chemical container offers a portable, secure, and weatherproof solution that can be deployed directly on worksites, industrial yards, or remote locations. These units are typically fitted with segregation areas for incompatible substances, mechanical or natural ventilation to prevent vapor buildup, spill containment features such as bunded floors, fire-resistant walls, and, in some cases, explosion-proof electrical fittings. They also include lockable access doors, clear hazard signage, and optional temperature control for sensitive chemicals.
