In my years of dealing with RS French, I have not had cause to complain once. Instructions are dealt with promptly and professionally, with little or no fuss – their work on site is exemplary, going the extra mile to ensure our Site Managers’ satisfaction.

We initially used RS French for those ‘odd-jobs’ where a ‘normal’ lorry mounted crane was not suitable but the job did not warrant a full mobile crane. The service we received was always excellent and now we use them whenever a lorry crane is required. Our jobs are never straightforward and we have always found that the staff are professional and polite which always reflects well with our clients as they see anyone we bring on site as an extension of our company. They always use the most modern equipment and more importantly it is always in good condition and fully certified. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

IAC first used RS French in December 2013 to relocate a coffee kiosk from Bristol to Sittingbourne in Kent. Matthew and Simon were extremely helpful in arranging the hire of equipment along with the transport and even supplied their own set of RAMs. Upon arriving at site at 8pm Chris French was extremely professional and performed the lift of the kiosk outside a busy hospital with no problems whatsoever. We have since used RS French for all of our heavy specialist lifting requirements and would not consider using another company.
