Over 200 new homes
All of the new homes will be affordable with 120 to be offered for shared ownership, with the remaining 100 allocated for social rent. The new homes will offer a carefully considered mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats, and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses. These affordable new homes will only be available to families who do not already own a home and who will live in the area full time.

Transport to site was smooth and installation went without any problem.
“The temporary Site accommodation on site at Whitstable was installed quickly, on time and very efficiently managed by the professional RS French team.
New site cabins were provided by RS French as this was going to be ‘Home’ for Jenner’s Contractors management team and site sub contractors for the next three years. The offices, canteens, toilets, drying room and stores are of excellent standard with joining sections to each unit also installed.
Transport to site was smooth and installation went without any problem.
A few niggly items were quickly dealt with by the aftercare team who are always pleased to assist.

New spine road
Alongside these much-needed homes for the local region, the project by Jenner will include a new spine road taking traffic away from the narrow and often congested Church Lane, as well as amply parking, allotment plots, a four-hectare biodiversity area and green open spaces including equipped play areas.
