The RSF One Static+ is a step up from the original RSF Static, designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It combines essential on-site welfare features – such as a canteen, heated changing room and toilet facilities – with the added benefit of a dedicated office space. This makes it a perfect solution for supervisors or team leaders who need a quiet, practical workspace on-site.

Whether you’re working in a remote area or simply need a dependable welfare unit with integrated power, the Static+ delivers. Equipped with a low-noise diesel generator and built with an anti-vandal design, it offers both security and comfort. Its smart, efficient layout is designed to enhance productivity from start to finish. Our comprehensive service package includes weekly toilet servicing by our dedicated team, so you can focus on the job at hand while we take care of the rest.

Canteen/office area

Designed for up to 10 people, our RSF One Static + Office has all the features of the RSF One, but being a larger unit of 24ft x 9ft, has the bonus of a dedicated office area. It comes with a spacious canteen area for your team, and readily available is a kettle, microwave and furniture, ready to be used as soon as your unit is delivered.

Generator

The integrated 9 kVA generator makes the unit ideal for remote locations, delivering reliable power with minimal noise and emissions. Its 170 L diesel tank provides ample capacity to run all onboard appliances with ease.

Chemical toilet

The recirculating flush style tank which you will find at the end of the unit is operated by a hand pump, accompanied with a large health & safety compliant sink, designed for full forearm immersion. Our chemical toilets are fully self-contained, highly durable and have a robust design. A weekly service and waste removal will be included.

Drying room

Self contained with a dedicated drying area provides your workforce with a comfortable, clean, and dry space to change in and out of their work gear. Our heated changing rooms offer a secure and weatherproof environment where staff can safely store clothing and equipment throughout the working day.
