Service Driver / Multi-Skilled Yard Operative

Job role:

• Planning of daily routes and liaising with site contact where required
• Delivery, collection and servicing of our ever-growing fleet of portable and static toilets throughout Kent
• Complete comprehensive vehicle checks
• Reporting of any problems/issues using the correct company procedures
• Cleaning and maintenance of site accommodation and units within the fleet at the end of each hire period
• General maintenance and repairs to hire fleet units as and when required

Requirements:

• Successful candidates will have ideally worked in a similar role previously but more importantly, you must have the following:
  • Good geographical knowledge of Kent
  • Clean driving license
  • Trailer license would be advantageous
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to work without supervision
  • Be able to cope with a physically demanding job
  • Be able to work within the vicinity of human effluent
  • Good DIY skills and common-sense approach

Working hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday 7am – 5pm (with occasional weekend work as required)

Salary dependant on experience
