Multi-Trade Workshop Operative Job Role:

• Assisting with the fabrication and conversion of containerised units ready for hire or sale
• General maintenance of units within our ever growing hire fleet
• Cleaning and preparation of units that have been off-hired to ensure they are ready for next hire
• Prioritising workloads to ensure deadlines are met
• Ensuring all company health and safety policies/procedures are adhered to at all times
• Reporting of any problems/issues using the correct company procedures

Requirements:

• Successful candidate will have ideally worked in a similar role previously but more importantly you must have the following:
  • Skills in plumbing, joinery or electrical work
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to work without supervision
  • Good people skills
  • Able to cope with a physically demanding job
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to go that ‘extra mile’
• Welding and fabrication experience preferable but not essential

Working Hours and Pay:

Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5.30pm (with occasional weekend work as required)

Salary dependant on experience
